He can pardon himself at 12:00:01 PM on January 20, 2025Are you sure? When did the Supreme Court (or any court) rule on self-pardons? Not clear that the President has that power. And even if somehow he does (not at all obvious), that power would only apply to federal charges. What happens if he's in a state jail or prison?
