An ex-president at 41%? Sad.
Romney won the nomination. DeSantis isn’t going to win anything
All Trump supporters, from what I can tell. They apparently are upset by someone who came from a meager family, worked their way up, and volunteered for military service, and served in a war zone. They'd prefer daddy's boys who grew up in NYC with a silver spoon in their mouth, who got draft deferments. Shows what a sad state this country is becoming, and how they want to keep pushing it in that direction. People who worship money and power, which leads to dictatorships.
The more I see of Trump-enthusiasts, the less respect I have for Trump ...
He better.
Be honest now.
Would you rather have Romney as president? Or DeSantis.
Don’t denigrate people’s service unless you served.
Our beloved Donald uses a lot of hyperbole to make a point. Some are too dense to realize that.
~~~
Trump uses brash hyperbole a lot, and while Trump may not have the vocabulary of a Shakespeare or Goethe, I have a very hard time imagining him saying that we are going to “slit throats”. Trump isn’t a pseudo-intellectual like a Romney, but he has a has way more wits about him, street-like realism, and a knack for connecting with people who operate in the real world and not in ivory towers. Trump would probably say that we are going to get in there and start clearing house or turning things upside down... and the liberal weenies would whine
Too late. If he had come in this way, it may of worked, but he has proved himself to soft, and is now trying to make up for it.
Neither.
I’m just talking about their capability as candidates.
For a candidate with major backing and support, DeSantis is maybe the worst Repub Presidential candidate I have ever seen.
And how do you know DeSantis is full of it and is just giving lip service to the problem? Because he doesn’t mention specific abuses, call out the perpetrators, and promise criminal investigations if he becomes President. It’s all about, “I’m going to pass this legislation”, “I’m going to get venues changed”, and of course, “I’m going to fire people”. But it’s time for us to move on and not focus on the past. Prosecutorial misconduct? We’ll fire them!
It’s so easy to sound like you’re doing something when you’re really doing nothing. Fire some people so you can replace them with a new group of Washington insiders, but when it comes to actual consequences for crimes already committed? It’s time to bring the country together.
DeSantis is just pushing the old shell game that the Uniparty has always pushed. You’ll never defeat the deep state unless people know there will be real consequences. Only when bureaucrats, influence peddlers, reporters, and crooked politicians start going to jail for selling their country out, will you start dealing with the problem.
Trumpbart is really sad these days
Disgraceful. The more devoted Trump supporters are, the more incredibly embarrassing things they’re willing to say.
LOL. Start with the GOP throats, Ron. They are “at hand.” Pick one. Linda Graham? McCarthy? What a joke.
Snort!
