Hardly. The non west is tired of us being a bully and using the dollar as a weapon, keeping their gold after we place sanctions on them. Last I checked we still had 8 million in gold from Afghanistan from over 20 years ago.
Syria has asked us to leave, and so has Niger. They don’t want our aid. Niger said we should use it to care for all of our homeless and drug addicts.
That is why so many inter country conflicts, like China-India have been resolved...to join together against the bully.
