Been listening via Fox on XMSirius, Ah, came in via garage and no mug shot. I don’t understand why doesn’t insist on making remarks and going in the front door for each of these indictments. That’d be priceless.
I’m watching the RSBN Broadcast and in the background I see a row of parallel parked SHINY NEW DUMP TRUCKS !!!
Now does anyone want to speculate about what these SHINY NEW DUMP TRUCKS are doing at the Courthouse in the District of Corruption ?

I’ll bet if the RSBN OR ANY OTHER MEDIA ASKED TO SEE IN THE BACK OF THOSE DUMP TRUCKS THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TOO...

Because the department of homeland INsecurity probably has them loaded with 50 Caliber Machine Guns and lots of spare ammunition.

Civilizations do end…and that is as well part of God’s plan. Sometimes God even takes severe action to end them. It would be as hard to find a righteous man in Washington D.C. as it was in Sodom & Gomorrah in Abraham’s day.
It would be difficult to convince me, with all this land of America has done over the past 6 decades or so that God was for us to continue the reign of terror that we see coming out of the D.C. power structure daily. Always possible I suppose as we can’t be certain in what manner He will bring about His purposes. All I can say for certain is that there is no other power on Earth where more sheer evil and destruction emanates than this ruling government right here.
I’d maybe guess they’re there to thwart any car bomber from getting too close to the courthouse, and lessen any explosion if it occurred.
Trump will waive his right to a speedy trial. The prosecution will fight that.

They can try. Speedy trial is a right of the defendant, not the prosecution. It is designed and intended so the defendant is not left in jeopardy for years as a tool of abuse. It is not a tool that the prosecution can use to force the defendant to rush ahead without having proper time to prepare.
Heartbreaking. I just watched Trump make a few comments. I remember how wonderful our country was under President Trump. I remember the prosperity. People (most) seemed happy. HOW DARE THEY DO THIS TO MY PRESIDENT. There will be justice.

While you are absolutely correct, I would like to understand this in context of the J6 Political Prisoners, some of which have been held for 2 and a half years or more?
Because we are America.
Sure there is a takeover by the corrupt and commie but there is still a besieged America left that is why.
We can and should pray but yes we can still do more. All of us have a sphere of influence.
Our kids our grandkids our church our friends our neighborhood. Build brick by brick. Yes vote esp locally run for local office, support the good candidates. Be a committeeman or delegate. Donate. Exercise your right fits. Take kids hunting or fishing be a dad to a single parent mom’s kid. Exercise your rights. Serve on the jury apply for grand jury. There is plenty to “do.”
Its easy to waive, Defense files for a continuance. That’s all it takes. Defendant can no longer assert the right after that.
Well, the answer of course is that we are no longer under rule of law. It is rule by decree. I do think the Supremes do not care about the J6 people. But if Trump’s team is only given 4 weeks to be ready for trial in such a complex case, I think they can go directly to the Supreme Court (which is really where this entire “trial” belongs)
The only salvation from the Gulag for the J6 people is Trump taking office and starting mass pardons. (Like Ford did for the Vietnam ear guys who ran off to Canada)
And good point. I do not know if any J6 people have invoked the Speedy Trial Amendment or not. My understanding is that many are languishing in solitary without lawyers or charges yet.

The judge does not have to grant a continuance if she feels defense has not been diligent.
Naturally Trump will want delays, I’m just not convinced she will grant many.
Especially if Smith has turned over everything discovery as soon as next week.
