Harvard lawyer Alan Derswowitz said:“........under the terms of Trump’s indictment, Jack Smith can be indicted. ”

“The statute says, ‘two or more persons conspire to injure and deny somebody the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured him by the constitution.’

” What if a court ultimately rules that Donald Trump had a First Amendment right to make his Jan. 6 speech and to do what he did? “

“Then Jack Smith will have conspired to deny him of that right.”

“by using knowingly false claims”

Mad Jack starts with a conclusion.

The claims are not false, and none of us needed Don Trump to tell us that. We watched it live and in color on our computer screens: The Freeman grlzz whipping out their ballot suitcases from under the table - didn do nuffins! - and running them through the counters gleefully after the “water main broke” BS excuse, the miraculous 4 AM spikes in ballots for Joey Corn Husk - itza miracle! millions of votes for Joey da Husk! - and on and on

And this clown azzhole wants us all to repeat his drivel: don’t believe your own lying eyes! Everything was fine!

That’s the funny thing about Commies. They’re always the stupidest people in the room, but they think they can intimidate the rest of us into repeating their slogans. Baseless accusations! Fwee and fair election! Say it now or I’ll arrest you!

Wow. Trump should have Scharf on board. But then Garland/Smith would name Scharf as a co-conspirator.

Former AG Bill Barr pretends not to see any of these flaws.

The thing that stood out to me is Smith’s all-out assault on Trump lawyers. He’s already gotten the go-ahead to violate Trump’s client-attorney privilege, so he has now decided to attempt to deny Trump a lawyer altogether by essentially telling any lawyer involved with Trump that they will become his target. Smith realizes that there will be some lawyers who will represent Trump but they will jack their prices up astronomically, thus draining funds that Trump would have otherwise used for his campaign.

Shady? Yes. But not unusual. It happens all the time in Venezuela...China...North Korea...Burkina Faso...Nicaragua...Mozambique...

Smith looks glassy-eyed and strung out in that picture. I’d wager he’s at least a coke fiend, maybe on something worse.

“Fair trial”, “Fair judge” “Fair jury”

There will be nothing fair about any of this. He’s been convicted, they just need to go through the motions is all...

And given democraps propensity to cheat via mail-in, ballot harvesting and counting votes at 2 a.m., I give Trump, honestly, 20% chance AT MOST of winning..

Now, one theory says trying this indictment is double-jeapordy because the senate basically tried the same case during impeachment.

The burden of proof is lower during impeachment than it is before a court of law which makes it less likely a conviction can be made.

Expect appeals of every sort to extend all of these cases well into Trump's 2nd term, unless cases are dropped or tossed before then.

If Trump did not actually know his claims were false and the theories he was advancing were wrong, then I do not see how he can be found guilty of any of the four charges in the indictment.

Take one look at the jury pool and you will see why a conviction is inevitable.

Smith, Garland, Biden, et al do not care if this is a bogus indictment, or that it could be thrown out before it gets to trial. What they care about is inflicting damage on Trump and forcing him to spend millions to defend himself.

It will be interesting as Trump has to win a clear
decision for all to see. IMO the next presidential
election will have the background of electing the
first female President. just ol’ country boy idea.
I hope I’ll still be breathing air to see the event
unfold. I’ll vote GOP but it will be interesting.
