There reasoning: It is fine for the government to willfully and intentional disregard the Charter whenever they want, but the government must follow the proper procedure and in COVID, sorry you didn’t follow the right procedure.

Translation: the Charter is a meaningless document and future lockdowns are a-okay, as long as you follow the correct bureaucratic procedure.

So,what are you gonna do to rectify the gross incompetence and illegal activities of those who imposed them? People suffered! Heck, people are still reeling from the lockdowns- many people lost their careers and some even their families after they were Imprisoned or fined out of business!
