The various Republican AGs need to sue the DOJ and Jack Smith for interfering with the Presidential Elections and ask the Supreme Court to take their suit directly.

interfering with the Presidential ElectionsThere are no "Presidential elections" in the Constitution.
There are 51 separate processes for appointment of the 538 people who choose the President - at the moment, all 51 involve elections, but this is not required.
I can't imagine anything that would get the USSC involved after the horrific mistake they made in hearing Bush v. Gore.
