It will be too late. The left will have accomplished heir goal of derailing the election by the time USSC gets the case. Trump may won at the USSC level but may lose the election to Biden because to the lawfare.
I hope there is some legal way this case can be fast tracked to USSC on some grounds before the trial—there has to be something legal that PsychoJack has done that would allow for such—calling all lawyers here on FR-—please look into this : )

Yes, exactly. They knew that McDonnell was a good Gov. for VA and very popular. He was to run the year Hillary Clinton was going to run and they wanted to take out McDonnell because they knew he could beat her. Hannity and Dersh are not my favorite people, but I can't find anyone else even talking about change of venue. If Chutkan goes too crazy I am hoping SCOTUS will step in. Yes, I know SCOTUS has been "reluctant" to touch election cases, but DOJ has gone beyond elections here.
