One thing to note in that regard is, CONSPIRACY. Conspiracy charges are put forth when they have nothing else. Nothing concrete and there’s a chance someone can be intimidated into a plea or rolling over.

Read that Smith is asking for a speedy trial. That’s usually something a defendant asks for, not the prosecutor. A good prosecutor, with an air tight case doesn’t care about when the trial is, unless the defendant is a violent offender or there’s a risk they’ll run.

If smith does, in fact, want a speedy trial then I think that’s telling. Meaning his case in Florida is a dog. Bragg’s case is a dog. So, in order to prevent being embarrassed, prosecute him in DC asap. Convict him. Ineligible to run.

Then toss in the mounting evidence with the Bidens.

Amazing how disgraceful these people are.

If convicted, Trump will not be ineligible to run, but depending on the charges, if convicted, he will be in a DC jail. He can run from jail though.
