I know superconductivity will be important for the transference of electricity to home or building with no loss of power will save trillions of dollars.

I believe that a big issue with superconducting materials is the amount of current that can be put through them. Haven’t seen any numbers on that yet.
But that said, give it another 10 years before widespread use.
