The stench of Obama has been on everything since the day he was elected President (and possibly longer), but especially since the day Trump came down that escalator in 2015.
I suspect when he saw the response of the people, Obama, along with his minions, started making their plans. That is probably the first time Obama and Hillary ever thought about taking the same side in political corruption. Normally they worked against each other as they competed for political power. Any previous pretense was just that. A pretense.
Obama knew the crimes that could possibly be uncovered should a businessman such as Trump move into the position of President. He has worked for seven years to make sure Trump gets no closer to revealing the crimes of Obama’s presidency. He, along with Hillary and others, have too much invested to give up now.
I'd back it up to his first regime. Ethnic relations went in the tank quickly under his rule.
