U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan of Washington, D.C., the judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s case in the district, previously worked at a law firm that once employed Hunter Biden and worked closely with Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
Chutkan spent 12 years working for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP (BSF) where she specialized in white collar litigation and antitrust defense, before she was nominated to her current position by former President Obama, her official bio states.

It should be but not only will she not recuse, she will throw him in jail.
He knew. That’s the point. He ordered it. Joe worked for Obama.
Well, Mikeysure had a lot to say. I guarantee you, Pence is their key witness and he lied his ass off to frame Trump.

The Trump case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, according to the court docket. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, is the only federal judge in Washington, D.C., who has sentenced Jan. 6 defendants to sentences longer than the government had requested.

ALL DEMOCRATS ARE EVIL!
Jack Smith does not need the law or the facts on his side to indict Trump in D. C. They are irrelevant when you have a judicial system and juries there that have zero respect for the law when it comes to punishing the political opposition. I am afraid Trump is going to have to wait for the Supreme Court to overturn the inevitable conviction there in the trashy DC judicial system

Here is a link where Boies is working for Al Gore when he questioned the 2008 election:

It’s a cruel irony that David Boies, one of the most celebrated trial lawyers of his generation, may best be remembered for his biggest defeat—as Al Gore’s lawyer in Bush v. Gore, the U.S. Supreme Court case that stopped the recount in Florida and handed the 2000 presidential election to George W. Bush.
Boies, famous for his calm, used to say, “Why should I worry? Because I might lose? That’s the worst thing that could happen to me?” No more. There are things worse than losing a case.
“I lost the whole f*cking country,” he says today with a grimace.
It’s only a conflict of interest if you follow law.
So true.
Note that.... her husband is also an “Obama appointee” judge, now retired. Obama got a twofer with that commie duo.
“The Jamaican-born Chutkan is married with two sons, according to her husband’s nomination hearing; her husband, Peter Krauthamer is a retired judge and Obama appointee.”

How is this acceptable? How is it not a conflict of interest? The judge must recuse. Are we going to survive this? Because it is looking more and more like go time.
Fine, let's get this over with. Behind every blade of grass.
Clearly this judge cannot preside.
True! Trump’s lawyers need to press for her to recuse herself. I doubt she will though.
I'd back it up to his first regime. Ethnic relations went in the tank quickly under his rule.
“I’d back it up to his first regime. Ethnic relations went in the tank quickly under his rule.”
I remember. And Obama’s background showed clearly that he had been ‘groomed’ for the role he has played in America’s (ongoing) downfall. All part of the Marxists’ plan. Divide and conquer, Critical Race Theory, instigating chaos in the streets and racial division and strife. The dumbing down of America and of Americans has worked splendidly for them...
so far.
Corruption like this country has never seen before.
Affirmative action bitch, sums it up pretty good.
Wow, a communist judge, that is so cute.
