Why doesn’t Ron do the ‘Rat thing and hire his wife as a consultant?

In his defense, if you have multi-milllionaire Trump Haters (Ukraine War supporters) throwing boatloads of money at you, why not skim your ‘fair share’ of it?
If the person using the credit card expended Campaign-related costs, it doesn’t sound like a violation to me, as long as the expenses were documented as campaign-appropriate for reimbursement.
Seems better than spending millions of $$$ on criminal defense costs and treating that as a “legitimate” campaign expense.
Glad I am not doing THAT bookkeeping-—NOT at any hourly rate.
