DeSwamptus should have read the indictments before responding.... given that he didn’t (he did, come on now), he has maneuver room to be vague and uninformed.
Given that he (or whomever wrote the statement) did read the indictments before writing it, and then said he didn’t, only hearing “reports”, furthers the notion the whole statement is nefarious in nature.
