You could put it fifty miles from anywhere populated in a barn-like building and you could even do human studies, and nobody would know. This seems like someone willing to spend his own money and really too stupid to do anything beyond collect samples.

The Communist Chinese don't care. The Chinese bribe our top government officials. They could blackmail them any time they please. Those in the White House are de facto on the Chinese payroll. Sloppy has nothing to do with it. Look at Wuhan..Many believe it was disseminated intentionally. Look at our violent open borders which millions from God knows where pour into the country. Including Communist Chinese! It's a ticking national security timebomb. For decades now. None of this is happenstance. It's all intentional.
