Georgia was a democratic state till about 20 yrs ago. Enough Northerners moved in, I guess.
The reason Kemp was elected again.. it was between Kemp and Abrams.

A lot of Blacks moving to Atlanta and Hollywood moving their productions so a lot of liberals are moving in the area.
