Minnesota Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar took to spewing lies and false hoods again this week when she claimed that Americans should live in abject fear of white men, alleging that white men commit the majority of violence in the United States.
None of which is true — but of course, the truth has never stopped this squad banshee from pushing her narrative.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, of all places, Omar claimed, “Our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country.” […]
In 2018, FBI data shows that in murder cases in which the race of the perpetrator is known, 54.9 percent were committed by black or African American offenders, despite blacks only making up about 13% of the population. Conversely, whites, who make up about 60% of the population, were responsible for 42.4 percent of murders. …

There is a continuing error in FBI reporting for their “Uniform Crime Report.” The old form allowed for VICTIMS to be Hispanic, but PERPETRATORS/OFFENDERS couldn’t be identified as Hispanic, only White, Black, Asian, Other.
The article says 42% of offenders are white vs 60% of blacks.
Keep in mind, white “Offenders” to the FBI include Hispanics. Races of offenders do NOT include Hispanic.

“Victims” are defined on pp 92-93, where ETHNICITY, separate from RACE in on p. 93, and includes Hispanic.
I’d venture to say actual violence from WHITE Americans is on the order of 10-20%, the rest Hispanic and “Other,” nowhere close to 42%
