Trump is accused of 1) stealing his own documents & 2) doing so with a depraved/criminal intent.
in FACT, this is true of Merrick Garland & Jack Smith using illegal tactics, fraudulent illegal subpoenas that are unreasonable searches & seizures with regard to presidential records. ....and they are pouring over Trump’s private correspondence, records & documents with depraved & criminal intent because they work for Joe Biden, Trump’s opponent.......and it was Biden who ordered Comey & McCabe to get Michael Flynn and they obeyed his order.....even though the order was followed on January 12 2017, AFTER Trump was certified as being president. Garland carried on this conspiracy in 2020 to help Biden win the election by taking Emmitt Sullivan’s in contempt appeal over the Flynn case. Jim Jensen had investigated the Flynn case & turned up wrongdoing....which is why Durham was appointed to prosecute. Fact is, there is no controlling legal authority regarding what to do with presidential records.....commanding a president to turn them over to be destroyed, etc. They all take their records. Hillary had top secret chains on her unsecured private server. Biden has all kinds of records.....but FBI and DOJ only are interested in prosecuting Trump.....so if there really IS a crime, then Biden and Hillary also are guilty and those who failed to prosecute them are guilty of covering up crimes and obstructing justice.....so GOP has plenty of grounds under which to impeach Smith and Garland and Joe Biden, too. Plus, who is in charge of the Secret Service, which botched the cocaine investigation? Biden is head of the executive branch, isn’t he?
It is ironic that a guy who never served is a neocon warmonger who spent years trying to talk W into starting a major war and only stopped because Obama got into office and he was out of a job-as soon as pres Trump got him back to work, he started recommending that he start bombing just about everyone and got put out of a job again-now he’s all pissed off and holding a grudge...

Trump ran on issues he clearly promoted to the voting public.
He was elected therefore he IS doing what the public wanted.
I do not care if rules or regulations or some stuffy nosed bureaucrat don’t want to comply.
