Mankind should all agree, murder should be illegal for everyone.
Stick it in your ear, pal. I agree it’s murder. Murder is a state crime, not a federal crime. The heart of the conservative critique of Roe is that it is false that the constitution implicitly recognizes a right to abortion, and the court used that manufactured notion to impose the “right.” We either have integrity and strive to return to constitutional order, or we don’t. A federal ban on abortion is no more sanctioned by the Constitution than a supposed right to an abortion.
