Stop it, you are embarrassing yourself. An amendment to the Constitution is part of the Constitution. If you want to get technical, an amendment, by its definition, supersedes the original Constitution. Or do you think black people count as 2/3rds or whatever of a citizen? Stop, please stop. And show me where you come up with this imaginary difference between a “Natural Born Citizens” and someone “born a citizen”.
