Wong Kim Ark was never declared a “natural born Citizen” in the Supreme Court case. He was declared a Citizen via the 14th Amendment. If a statute has to make one a Citizen, that’s not a “natural born Citizen”. Simple common sense.
If they have to pass a law to turn you into a citizen, you are not a natural citizen. You are a naturalized citizen.
