Yes, Obama was born in Hawaii and was born a citizen. His mother was a citizen so he was. And there is no evidence that his mother left Hawaii when she was pregnant. There is lots of evidence that she was there in school the whole year.
Obama was born in Vancouver Canada. He was not a US Citizen by birth. That is the dirty secret they covered up about him.
His father was a British subject. Therefore Obama was also a British subject making him a dual citizen. A dual citizen owing allegiances to two governments is not a natural born Citizen. Ramaswampy is in the same category. His parents weren’t naturalized Citizens.
The claimed “father”, Barak Obama Senior, was NOT an American citizen at the time of his birth and was MARRIED to a Kenyan, at the time of wee Barry’s birth!

THE “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” Barry FINALLY came forth with has a few glaring errors:
The most glaring is the NAME OF THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE SUPPOSEDLY BORN in August 1961.
The name on the ‘certificate’ is the current name of the hospital——which is a MERGER of 2 other hospitals-—said MERGER happened 5-6 YEARS AFTER BARRY was born.
Then: Barry used the Social Security number originally issued to a man in CONNECTICUT born in 1896 for some years. THAT man got the number when SOCIAL SECURITY started in about 1936. BARRY NEVER LIVED OR WORKED IN CONNECTICUT—SO HE WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN issued a number from there.
ALSO-—WHEN Stanley Ann took Barry to INDONESIA-—SHE HAD to renounce/give up HIS American citizenship-—INDONESIA DOES NOT HAVE DUAL CITIZENSHIPS.
WHEN SHE SHIPPED HIM BACK TO GRANDMA to Honolulu at about age 10....THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF HER RE-APPLYING FOR BARRY’S USA CITIZENSHIP........

His mother was a citizen so he was.
His mother being a citizen has nothing to do with it. If he was born in a foreign country, (like Canada), he wouldn't get citizenship because *SHE* didn't meet the qualifications necessary (naturalization act of 1952) to give it to him.
If he was born in Hawaii, he would get 14th amendment citizenship.
In either case, he wouldn't be a natural citizen. He would be one created by an act of congress, which is "naturalization."
And there is no evidence that his mother left Hawaii when she was pregnant.
There is evidence she was in Seattle around August 19th of 1961. How would she get to Washington state if she didn't leave while she was pregnant? They wouldn't let infants fly in those days. Other freepers posted copies of the airline rules from that time period, and you could not fly with an infant.
There is also a letter written by Barack Obama Sr saying they were going to give up the child for adoption.
There is lots of evidence that she was there in school the whole year.
My recollection is there are absolutely no records of her whereabouts from March of 1961 to August of `1961. If you have some evidence that disproves this, I would very much like to see it.
