I wonder if our reliance upon a/c has just made the summers outside feel more intolerable.
I’m up in the northeast. I’ve been uncomfortable for one hot, humid day thus far. Tomorrow it will be 90. But last year there were three weeks that were tough.
We only have a/c in our cars. It’s summer. Fall will be here soon enough.
Our HVAC fan was making weird noises so we haven’t turned it on in about 7 weeks now. Not much humidity here and 30 degrees temp swings day to early morning. Close it up around noon and it usually doesn’t get above about 77 deg. Even when its 100 outside. But, for sure gotta get it fixed before winter. 😳

That, and people are just “weaker” and “whinier” these days...what will people do if power gets cut?
