DOJ was in a Catch 22 situation, they had to say he was under investigation because otherwise they could not use that excuse to avoid answering Congress Questions about the investigation.

That's an outstanding explanation.

.

The Deal gave him total immunity - so the Judge asked what’s the point of an Open Investigation if he can’t be charged?

The Open Investigation was hogwash. That came from Headquarters.

In the real world, if the ATF doesn’t want to prosecute him for lying on the 4473, then no one gets prosecuted for lying on the 4473,...

That should be true. But these days there are several tiers of justice.

They expected the judge to participate in the conspiracy between plaintiff and defense.

"All of these guys should be considered to be on the same legal team. The judge should trust none of them. "

That has been apparent to me since day one, probably to the judge as well.

The DOJ has painted itself into a corner. If they say that there’s no longer an ongoing investigation, they lose their ability to deflect questioning under oath in front of an investigative committee.

I was with a US Attorney in the past when the White House called. They wanted his support to do something that he said was: morally corrupt. When he hung up, he exclaimed: there goes my job in DC.

A few months later he was replaced effectively killing his expected run for US Senate.

Same here, the Judge may rue the day she called the DC crime establishment’s bluff. Serica in the watergate mess stayed firm but he had the backing of the media. Here, the media is at best neutral but in actually they are still running cover for the Bidet in general and the dems in particular.

Let’s pray that Anderson, Hunter’s partner in crime, puts a nail in their coffins next week. Ironically this happens just before Congress goes on another vacation. IMO, never give up the issue when you have the momentum.

No matter. Dad would pardon him regardless, which is why he’s gotta stay in office one more term. Unless patriots force a fair election, that is.

I’m sure the DOJ/Biden partnership will find some way to get off the hook.

... How could they think a judge wouldn’t find out ?...

Consider how much skulduggery managed to slide through the FISA judges' "scrutiny."

we need to update this way of communication, to make it manifest that we KNOW that the former Obama administration is driving EVERY aspect of our government at every level... NOT Dumb AR$E Biden.

Until big “O” staffers are decimated politically and taken out of every place they influence... we are being driven off the cliffs of destruction by them, the “fundamental change” folks.

Biden is the perfect president/facade for them. clearly not present in his mind rationally... he drools on, licks and sniffs other people’s little babies’ dirty diapers...

God will deliver us... and we need to cooperate with him.

They knew exactly what they were trying to do and the judge was having none of it. Good for this judge.

All this drama is of little consequence.

On the day he’s wheeled out of the White House, the Big Guy will give Hunter a complete and blanket pardon for all possible crimes he may have committed in the past, present or future.

It is my understanding that this isn’t a tax court.

Why isn’t this matter before a judge experienced in tax laws?

The judge is smart and honest, unlike the Bidens.

I understand that they are saying the Judge was appointed by Trump.

What does that mean?

THAT A JUDGE APPOINTED BY PEDO JOE WOULD HAVE RUBBER STAMPED IT?

That’s a heck of an admission.
