Hunter Biden's plea deal has fallen apart, according to federal prosecutors and the defense. President Joe Biden's son had been expected to plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors for not paying federal taxes on time as part of a plea agreement with the Justice Department.

Court in recess after 90+ min. Report: Plea deal in jeopardy. Judge wants more info. Defense needs time to produce.
Maybe everyone involved thought they were too tough on Hunter.
After all, he’s a very fragile and sensitive lad.
The judge needs to apologize to Hunter, the hand slap might hurt.
Sounds like the Bidenskyyyyy family doesn’t like paying taxes. They just like spending taxpayer dollars.
Listening on Fox now, sounds like the plea deal may be off.
Now sanction Hunter’s attorney who tried to monkey wrench the proceedings.
Then have her disbarred.
L
Expect the Judge to issue a stern rebuke for taking an advantage of his elderly father being VP and President, for his own personal gain. 30 days jail time with 29 days suspended
If I were that Judge, the first thing I would have done is have Hunter pee in a cup.
Then I’d recess for 2 hours to await the results.
Court drama theatre.
They are just pretending to “seriously reconsider” the plea deal, then they will hand it to Hunter on a silver platter and go out for drinks afterwards.
Maybe new deal? Guilty, agree to provide evidence and testimony, pay all taxes and penalties, serve 10 year without parole. That would be fairer and conclusive.
Judge is going to give appearances of rigorous concerns. All cleared up by Friday. All will be at the same Beltway cocktail party, snorting cocaine in the coat room, by 7PM on Saturday. The Secret Service has a new job, that being applying black nail polish over the camera features on Hunter’s smart phone.
Ex-DoJ Andrew McCarthy is lying on FOX.
He’s telling a National Audience that the Judge and Prosecutor are really limited due to the statute of Limitations.
In the Get Trump Op, the same DoJ asked a Federal Judge to suspend the statute of limitations, in secret and non-public hearings. Of course, the Judges complied.
The statute of Limitations is no problem when they pursue Conservatives on old charges (like Manafort).
More Lies
He’s a creative artist ya know
Watching Fox, too.
Harris Faulkner over the past months has proven herself to be NO fan of the Bidens!
...and good to hear that the judge may not be rubber stamp, though this may all be show and not real questioning by the judge.
Judge asked Hunter about his drug and alcohol history. Perhaps she saw the photo of Hunter’s attorney and the bong. Surely, she saw the news about cocaine in the White House.
PRAY!
Drink some Bud Light while you watch that trash.
Martha Stewart to Hunter, huh?
After a highly publicized 2004 six-week jury trial, Stewart was found
<><>guilty of felony charges of conspiracy to obstruct,
<><>guilty of obstruction of an agency proceeding,
<><>of making false statements to federal investigators
<><>sentenced to a five-month term in a federal correctional facility
<><>had a two-year period of supervised release
<><> five months of electronic monitoring.
<><>paid a fine of $30,000.
In August 2006, the SEC announced that it had agreed to settle the related civil case against Stewart. Under the settlement, Stewart agreed to
<><>disgorge $58,062 (including interest from the losses she avoided),
<><>a civil penalty of three times the loss avoided, or $137,019.
<><>a five-year ban from serving as a director, CEO, CFO, or any other officer role responsible for preparing, auditing, or disclosing financial results of any public company..
In June 2008, the UK Border Agency refused to grant her a visa to enter the United Kingdom because of her criminal conviction for obstructing justice. She had been planning to speak at the Royal Academy on fashion and leisure industry matters.
BTW, Martha sold stock using inside info....something Pelosi has done for years.
