The emaciated child in the cage said he was not given sufficient food despite being a 'big boy now' and would have to share 'one large fry form McDonalds with his siblings' or eat food 'in the trash'. It's time to change laws - so in cases of extreme child abuse 'cruel and unusual' punishment can be used against the 'parents'. I would suggest 6 months of the way the children were treated followed by death by hanging.
