Is this what a “Guardian Report” is?

The only people assigned guardians, to my knowledge, are minors and adults judged incompetent. Since his age is listed as 37, it cannot be the former.

I assume they’re lying, or not telling the whole truth (which is a form of lie, so I repeat myself). Probably have a lot more names of guys who bought solvent traps than Jihadis.
