Russia will inspect all ships sailing in the Black Sea to make sure they don't carry military cargo, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said on July 21, as reported by Russian news agency Interfax.
Vershinin also said that there is no longer a humanitarian corridor for commercial vessels in the Black Sea.
Vershinin’s claim comes two days after the Russian Defense Ministry declared that, starting from July 20, all vessels sailing to Ukrainian ports would be considered as potential carriers of military cargo and therefore regarded by Russia as on the side of Ukraine in the war.
Ukraine's Defense Ministry also announced on July 20 that all vessels on the Black Sea heading toward Russian or Russia-occupied ports would be treated as ones carrying military cargo "with all associated risks" starting from July 21.
"The Russian Federation has once again brutally violated the universal right to free navigation for the whole world and is deliberately undermining food security, condemning millions of people to starvation," reads the ministry’s statement.

One thing is certain: Ukraine's CIA trained propagandists are far, far superior to anything Russia has.

For Ukraine, the propaganda is more important than the actual war. That doesn't make any sense, but it's true. It's unlike anything I've ever seen. Long after the fall of Kiev, Ukraine's media machine and its construction of an alternate reality will be studied by political scientists and sociologists for years to come.

Russia’s declaration has been published all over the place. It’s not propaganda.

The moment Russia stops a NATO member’s ship the shooting will start. Why does Russia want to provoke a world war?

Some ‘tards accuse me of such.
It’s simple really, they cannot accept that an American Patriot would think it is in the best interest of the American People that Russia prevail.
Or that there are American Patriots who see no American interests at stake in Ukraine.
And, of course, there are the American Patriots who believe that the level of support the Ukrainian Partisans have for that corrupt cesspool of foaming filth are actually so contrary to American interests as to be Enemies of the American people.
That would be me.

I don’t care who prevails. Russia is going to be weakened one way or the other even if they win this battle.
The question is, what replaces Russia as the next baddie?

The United States wasn't weakened after the Civil War. It became a great industrial power.

Some of the weapons Biden is sending to Ukraine are ending up in Russian hands.
Wonder how that is happening?.

"I don’t care who prevails. Russia is going to be weakened one way or the other even if they win this battle." I don't think so. The sanctions had the effect of driving out all colonizing multinationals out of Russia and killing their globohomo influence and the siphoning of cash out of Russia. Meanwhile, the war itself has taught Russia what works and doesn't work and to massively increase their arms production capabilities. I think Russia is growing stronger while, thanks to Biden, we're getting weaker.
