In your estimate, do you think Trump will be jailed? If so, will you still support him?

Please answer both questions.

” If so, will you still support him?”

Yes, Absolutely.

If I had to crawl bare kneed over broken glass to write his name in. You can take that to the bank.

I actually voted for a Congressman in NM who was elected as a write in. Yes, the Write In Vote WON!

Yes, the people in NM were ANGRY at #ComDem political tricks.

Trump will absolutely be jailed if he is the nominee and doesn’t somehow win the presidency, which would likely take a credible third-party challenger to siphon off enough votes from Biden to happen - ideally Manchin. It’s not out of the realm of possibilities but not the most likely.

He may still be jailed if another Republican wins the presidency. He would get presidential pardons for federal charges, but he wouldn’t have the office to protect him from state charges.

I’ve already said that I’m probably not going to vote for Trump if he’s the nominee. I would stay home, write in DeSantis or a fictional name. I had been leaning toward voting GOP no matter what, but all the people around here who have said they would only vote for Trump or write his name in have turned me indifferent to his political or legal fortunes. Trump supporters shouldn’t have gone around treating the primary process as an insult to Trump, libeling the most conservative guy in the race and then expect our help when they need it. They can get bent.
