Hard to link to climate change = we need government grant money to do so, lots of it. Perhaps it’s the Sun? Can't be the sun. That would be too easy. We must initiate a multi-billion dollar study by left-wing experts to determine the real cause of summer being hot.
I sometimes get the impression that these "experts" will say anything, however absurd, if you pay them enough.
