I actually think NC is trending more MAGA than Democrat. I know a bunch of former New Yorkers a few from Vermont etc and almost all of them are leftugees.

That’s awesome to see given how all the snowbirds we used to get from the Northeast were Leftists who were trying to infect us with their mind virus. The script seems to have flipped now.

We have family in the Raleigh-Durham area, it attracts the leftist because of the IT industry. Outside of Wake County, the Northern refugees trend conservative. I believe some of the recent influx of California refugees are actually conservative who can finally be open about it. Of course it is all anecdotal but I am really not concerned about RATS moving into Wake and Meklenburg Counties at least as far the make up of our State Houses. A friend told me one of the first thing many of the RATS from Cali do is buy a gun. Either, they are thrilled by the freedom to finally own a gun or they are afraid of Southern folks😂
