Uber Conservative Christian woman, college educated, successful businesswoman, happily married to my hardworking blue-collar Conservative Christian husband for 30 years, proud mother of 3 amazing kids.
One of them is trans due to an incurable congenital defect of the endocrine system.
I know more about this topic than most here on FR.
What did you want to know?
How and Who knows when this happens and when surgery?
I want to know:
Is one sex demonstrably predominant through chromosome analysis?
How can person with a sexually oriented birth defect be “transsexual?” If he has predominantly male characteristics he would identify as male. Does the presence of some abnormal female characteristics (perhaps latent ovaries or a low t count or breast buds) make him want to be female? It seems to me there is nothing “transsexual” here because to be “transsexual” you need to have a birth determined sex to start with?
If your child was born of indeterminate sex I can’t see how he or she could be considered “transsexual.”
