So genetically she is female but endocrine issues cause masculine puberty issues. I can understand the use of puberty blockers in that case.
I visited with a detransitioner some time ago and she went into the serious mental and developmental issues that occur when puberty blockers are given to developing children. Certain developmental processes don’t occur or occur badly and you can’t go back in time for a do over. It sounds like your child had these issues in a self inflicted way, I mean to say, her own body turned on her, hormone wise. Which of course is no sin on her part just a tragic working out of the sin cursed world we all are subject to.
She went her way as an adult but it sure sounds like you did all you could for her as a child. A very tough syndrome for her to endure.
I hope she heals up. Some of us have very difficult crosses to bear.

I’m deeply concerned that people like my child are now at great risk due to the sheer number of wackjobs claiming the trans mantle.
Where before, I could explain her condition and people would be compassionate or pray for her, now everyone presumes the worst about her, me, our family, because this issue has been pushed to outrageous extremes by a willing media and their enablers.
I’m also deeply concerned at the number of children being subjected to a Frankensteining process that direct contradicts known medical fact.
