Democrats insist it was an “insurrection” and now it’s being explained why.
Read any of Lenin’s Stalin’s or Hitler speeches.
"Dems' goal revealed: GET TRUMP, no matter what Stated plans include using 14th Amendment claims to exclude him from ballot(Shocking/Breaking/S)"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Note that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment (14A) doesn't say anything about POTUS per se, post-Civil War drafters of 14A arguably constitutionally limiting Congress to impeachment and removal from office for presidents, no 25th Amendment at that time.
"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection [emphases added] or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
The MAJOR problem with Dems trying to throw Section 3 at Trump is this imo. If you're leading an insurrection like they seem to be accusing Trump of doing, then you don't tweet for your supporters to go home like Trump did when (Democratic staged?) violence breaks out. (See 1.6.21 thread below.)

Noting that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, consider that J6 federal lawmakers wrongly obstructed the due process of Section 2 by voting to scandalously ignore allegations of vote-counting fraud concerning Biden electoral votes.
In fact, consider the "hair trigger" wording of Section 2 that lawmakers ignored imo.
"is denied to any"
"or in any way abridged,"
"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]".
If this were a better world, the federal government would be publicly warning all the states before Election Day that they don't want the feds to darken their doorway concerning allegations of Section 2-related vote-counting fraud.
In fact, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, and now 2022 elections!
"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives
So evidenced by alleged ballot box mischief in 2020 and 2022 elections, are political Democratic descendants of the Civil War possibly trying to flip the outcome of that war?
The bottom line is that it's now up to us Democratic and Republican patriots to start Trump's 2024 return to the Oval Office by effectively applying Section 3 to anti-constitutional republic state and federal lawmakers by primarying ALL incumbent state and federal lawmakers in the 2024 elections, except for Gaetz, MTG, Jordan, Grassley, others?.
After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.
In fact, consider that since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
Getting a grip on the constitutional reality that one of the very few reasons that citizens would want contact their federal during peacetime is to complain about the price of postage stamps, it cannot be emphasized enough that the constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal government are not concerned about citizens getting their mail on time.
More specifically, the only thing that the political parties are concerned about imo is retaining control of the state powers, and uniquely associate state revenues, that the unconstitutionally big federal government steals from the states, state revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
“If the tax be not proposed for the common defence, or general welfare, but for other objects, wholly extraneous, (as for instance, for propagating Mahometanism among the Turks, or giving aids and subsidies to a foreign nation, to build palaces for its kings, or erect monuments to its heroes,) it would be wholly indefensible upon constitutional principles [emphases added].” — Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2 (1833).
From the congressional record:
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Trump can endorse candidates from lists that Constitution-savvy patriots provide for him as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
