Over the years I’ve had the misfortune to work with various groups of Government employees. There have been blacks that have been just perfectly fine and others that were just Useless Whinners. Equally there have been whites that were just fine and others that were Useless Whinners. It was a crapshoot which one you would run into, but it was at least consistent odds.
Common trait among the Useless Whinners, black or white, was they were lazy, incompetent, bigoted, and racist. Perpetual Victims.
Government is actively promoting racism and discrimination against whites. Look at all the DEI hires. They fit into ONE GROUP and are Mean Spirited Bigoted Racists above all!!!
I worked for the DoD for 31 years and saw blacks use the EEO complaint process more times than I can remember to gain promotion into a position they had no business having....Whites, not so much.
All that does is weaken the mission and make the rest of the team have to work that much harder to make up for the weak link. In all those years I saw exactly one black guy get a promotion he couldn’t handle, realized it and requested his old position back. The rest were just “gettin’ theirs”.
Also, as 13% or so of the national population, blacks lead the pack in prison incarceration.
When you tell a minority they are victims of racism for 60 years you get spoiled petulant children......and that’s where we are.
