Assuming my guesses to be correct, rather than preparing for a contest between Biden and the GOP nom, shouldn't we be looking into who the Dems just might actually have chosen to run?

I still think it will be Biden. Unless they come up with an ironclad plausible way to get him out. Jill and others will scream bloody murder if they’re not given succor.
