A friend is an LA county firefighter. He is a paramedic on a helicopter. They have to receive a certain amount of training on emergency operation of the aircraft, and the only places that satisfied their training requirements was someplace in Europe and Dallas. He said the paperwork was a disaster, but LA County opted to send him to Dallas, than Europe.
Exactly, it’s a win win. Keeping Kalifornia perverts out of a red state is made easier with the travel ban. But let’s face it, none of the pervs will honor the ban.

CA depends on hospitality/visitors. Unlikely that those 26 states will want to spend tourist dollars on CA while CA is trying to starve those states of travel/visitors.
So, 26 states have now been HONORED by the state of California because California Legislators will not be allowed to enter and pollute them, HURRAH!!!!
