Where can a MAGA presidential candidate receive fair treatment when a Jack Smith indicts? Where is a Federal court in an area with a jury pool without an overwhelming TDS-afflicted population? Austin? Dallas? Houston? DC? BTW the Constitution says that such cases go to courts where the alleged "crime" occurred, so good luck with motions for change of venue.

Bragg's bizarre indictment of Trump deserves to be thrown out, but NY is a blue state with laws that get warped to suit the majority.
