Post citation and link to Mich. Comp. Laws regarding electors and their qualifications, and any supposed penalties for supposed misrepresentation.
No I'll save you the trouble: The former is § 168.41, and you won't any Mich. Comp. Laws on the latter BECAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST.
The one thing that "a lot of states" have is a nearly complete lack of statutory and case law on presidential electors, because it's a goddamn Federal Constitutional process! You say "VERY SPECIFIC language on these elector certificates" but they were prevented from signing the Michigan certificate, and they were not allowed to present their certificate to Congress!
