I assume you mean the people charging the Trump electors with crimes. But who is going to hammer them? Lawfare is being practiced in blue states/jurisdictions against Trump and anyone who has challenged the election of Brandon.
Anyone who objects to any of this is ‘a threat to our democracy’ and/or an insurrectionist.
