Iceland has a population of about 150% that of my metro ATL county. And we’re less than 5% of the metro population.
The only reason we talk about them at all is because they have a strategic military location athwart the GIUK Gap, and because their volcanos screw up air traffic to/from Europe every now and then.
It’s about 57% of my county.
Iceland is physically beautiful in the Summer.
The people are very nice, but worldly delusional.
A month in Mogadishu would fix that.
