I think his point is you wouldn’t have to rely so heavily on Russia if your own industry was firing on all cylinders. Russia has no obligation to feed the world for free.

It'll be interesting to see if this change of policy by Russia will result in our own government reducing how much we pay farmers to keep land fallow, or change Brandon's natural gas policy (which impacts availability and price of fertilizer).
