Vivek Ramaswamy is very smart, and has thought out the basis for his opinions, while being able to keep an open mind on unresolved details.
One thing we don’t know is whether he can figure out how to operate the mechanisms of government. Firing a lot of people is certainly a good start, but it is not the end of it - especially if it is done in a manner the courts will undo it.
