If the savages have helicopters and motorboats to coral these animals it seems this is just unfair bloodsport, not food.
By that logic, we should eschew all firearms for hunting.
I’m hesitant to criticize anybody’s preferred manner of hunting. No matter what one does it can be messy and will be open to criticism. As long as they are doing it in a sustainable manner, which hopefully they are doing if they want to see their “traditions” and the harvest to keep going year after year.
Food? Sounds like the Brits really are going back to whale oil for lights what with their electricity shortages, and all?
Even if they consume the critters? Otherwise yes, it’s blood sport in our culture, but isn’t diversity our strength?
