This has to be Racial.
Scott was on the View saying there’s nothing as important as investigating Trump, and he wanted Mueller to expand, while the GOP had the the House, Senate, and WH.
Conversely, Scott had called Biden - “a Good Man” - and has been silent on the Biden Corruption outside of Campaign settings.
The first thing Scott did as a Presidential candidate was guarantee the Dirty Press that he wouldn’t try to overturn an Election when he loses!

It's just as likely as not that the person he picks as VP will be sworn in as president during his next term (in the extremely unlikely event that he finds himself re-elected).
