I believe Tom Cotton (Arkansas) has had his eye on Majority/Minority leader of GOP for some time. His lips rarely leave Turtle’s backside and Tom has the temperament to be a solid leader (like Dr. Bill Frist, a fellow southerner from Tennessee - Leader 2003-07).
Cotton is both a Harvard college and Harvard Law grad. Army Ranger served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 101st Airborne, and also served in combat in Afghanistan. Setting aside the Gomer Pyle voice, we’d have a huge improvement over Mitch.

Pence also called Trump “reckless” on the events of J6 and that history would judge him harshly. This sent chills down my spine because Pence has testified before Jack Smith on J6. And Liz Cheney has used the word reckless to describe Trump.

They’d lose (if the judges are fair). The Constitution list the requirements to be President. Trump meets them all.
Furthermore, while he’s been indicted (on obvious bogus charges), he is innocent until proven guilty.
If even a single state is allowed to keep the top vote getter out of a race because they’ve indicted him somewhere, expect that will begin to happen to any and every Republican running.
It would be a grave threat to our “democracy”, unprecedented since the Civil War, to quote more than a few democrats and DNCMedia hypemasters.
I absolutely hate how the rest of the GOP refuses to see what they’re doing to Trump—if they get away with it—they will do to each and every one of them.
