NEW YORK, July 16. /TASS/. Ukraine has lost about 20% of military equipment and weapons since it started its counteroffensive, the New York Times reported on Saturday, citing US officials.

Equipment losses have recently dropped to 10% as Ukrainian troops essentially stopped advancing in many areas, the report said.

The newspaper said US officials agreed to disclose only the percentage of losses, declining to provide hard numbers of destroyed equipment.

Yep, and number one affects number two.
You can’t have 40 million low IQ people come here and expect them to be a net contributor.
There’s a reason their countries are dumps, and it isn’t the land’s fault.

Can we reasonably assume that say... one third of those 28 Bradleys and 10 Leopards are now in the hands of Vlad's weapons development bureaus?

In which case would this be worse; the Bradleys which have better infantry crew protection, better firepower, and presumably better automotive design than the Soviet/Russian BMPs, or the Leopards, with their Rheinmetall 120mm guns and vastly better/safer ammunition storage than the Soviet/Russian tanks?

Wouldn't it be reasonable for NATO and the US to write off ALL the stuff given to Ukraine as "destroyed in combat", considering the likelihood that they will never be returned?

Governance -- governments for the most part and steeped in corruption -- is the issue. With Biden, the third term of Obama to my view, this country is headed in that direction because that's what progressive do; they regress. To feudal structures that they may rule.

I understand the crooked government, but Europe is Europe and Africa is Africa.

I definitely agree with helping to fix their problems if possible, and not bringing them here.(help isn’t CIA backed coups)
Many people’s cultures cannot possibly exist in the US.
Just wait for the liberals and Muslims to get real ugly, real soon.(Europe)
Non military help.

Ahhh! The Sunday morning propaganda wars. I read through many posts for entertainment.

It’s amazing the amount of pro-globalists there are on this board, those that want to keep spending US dollars we don’t have and sending away military equipment we cannot afford to lose. It’s a Euro war, it should be kept that way with us completely out of it.

NYTs too. As I said, both propaganda organs agree. What is pathetic is you’re weaseling in the administration spin. I put out a post noting the agreement of clearly identified propaganda and our very own Karine Jean Pierre has to jump in head first. You put on a great Uniparty warmongering show.

On these claims, no one knows. I do find it interesting that both sides’ media outlets agree. I can’t recall seeing that happen before.

I agree with trump giving lethal aid to Ukraine for killing Russians.

I oppose Biden Obama giving non lethal aid.

Your turn.

Russia had 3,400 front line tanks before the war. They have lost over 2,000, 60%. Between losses, captured vehicles, and foreign replacements, Ukraine now has 1,400 to Russia's 1,300 tanks. Ukraine has more tanks than Russia. Before the war no one thought that could happen.

This is not the mythological Russia of WW-II or the Cold War. It is the Russia after 20 years of Putin's kleptocratic rule. Sanctions have reduced parts imports Russia needs to build modern tanks. The reality is, Ukraine is better able to make good on its losses than Russia.

Ukraine is taking casualties. When it comes to casualties and losses, Ukraine doesn't talk and Russia lies. Russia has consistently had several times Ukraines losses, otherwise Russia would have already won.
