Would you have punished Reagan? If people had punished me when I became a Republican, having been a Democrat myself, I would have become an independent. I think her new party needs to get to know her, the better to show her the advantage of working with people who are not vindictive sheep.

She didn’t know any better. Her eyes are open. What is gained by attacking her for escape from the plantation? Sounds like you have problems with more than just her political affiliation.
