SHE is talking about things like crime and education which are not the things you are suggesting. She is black and is pointing out even black democrats have failed to keep neighborhoods safe and educate their children.
Sounds like you are triggered by the word black. Maybe you need to reflect on that and what psychological damage has been done to you by woke.
