What an ignorant expression.

Here is the way it impressed me. My opinion of Trump was a "5" or "6" on the 10-meter scale before the conference. It dropped to "2" or "3" when he chickened out. Not that that is normative or representative -- just saying how it affected me.

Pence's bitterness may have hurt him. DeSantis and Vivek scored hugely with the audience. Since the forum was in Iowa and the conservative crowd of influencers (pastors etc.) was made up of nearby residents, I think DJT's absence will be well remembered when that early, important primary rolls around.
